The 7 Brew secret menu is a set of drinks you order by recipe instead of by name. Nothing on it appears on the printed board. Every one is built from syrups your local stand already has behind the counter.

There is no hidden card and no code word. Someone invented a combination, gave it a nickname, and it spread on TikTok until enough people ordered it that the name stuck.

That matters in two practical ways. Most Brewistas know the syrups but not the nicknames, so you describe the drink. And because it is just a normal drink with syrups in it, it costs what a normal drink costs.

Below you will find all 90 drinks split into four categories, each with its exact recipe and the sentence to say at the window. Use the search box if you already know what you are looking for.

A warning before you read other guides. Most published 7 Brew recipes are fabricated. If a list mentions English toffee, crème de menthe, Biscoff, graham cracker or cake batter, it is describing syrups 7 Brew does not carry. See the comparison →

Coffee & dessert drinks

37 drinks · breve or latte base

This is the biggest category and the one the secret menu is known for. A breve uses half-and-half instead of milk, which is why these taste richer than the same syrups in a standard latte.

Blondie and Brunette are the two most-ordered drinks in the whole system. Both are two-syrup builds and both come fully sugar-free, which makes them the safest first order.

If you want dessert, look at the brown sugar cinnamon cluster: Cinnamon Roll, Snickerdoodle, Honeybun and Shortbread all sit on the same axis. Moving between them is a question of how much spice versus how much nut you want.

7 Energy drinks

The fruit syrups live here, and so do the drinks that go viral. Any of these also works on a fizz base if you want the same flavor without caffeine.

Ocean Breeze is the most-ordered non-coffee drink on the list. Two syrups, fully sugar-free, and hard to get wrong at the speaker.

Smoothies & shakes

16 drinks · smoothie or shake base

Blended drinks behave differently. The base already carries flavor, so the syrups are adjusting something rather than building it from nothing.

That is why most builds here use two syrups instead of three. Maui is banana and coconut, and that is the entire recipe.

Pink Mermaid is the most photographed drink on the secret menu and the reason many people find this list at all.

Fizz, tea & lemonade

12 drinks · caffeine-free bases

7 Fizz is sparkling water plus syrup. No caffeine, which makes this the right category for kids, afternoons, and anyone who wants flavor without a stimulant.

Lemon concentrate is the ingredient doing the work in the sour builds. Without it, Cherry Limeade and Heatwave would read as flat and sweet.

Golden Pear is the curiosity. Kiwi and watermelon together taste distinctly like pear, despite neither ingredient being pear.

Sugar-free drinks

26 of 90 · the swap is free

7 Brew stocks sugar-free versions of many syrups, but not all of them. What matters is whether every syrup in a recipe has one.

Twenty-six drinks clear that bar. They are flagged throughout this page, and the filter above narrows to them in one tap.

The full list: Beyoncé, Blondie, Brewberry, Brew Frost, Brunette, Cinnamon Roll, Cocoa Butter, Cocoberry, French Vanilla, Funnel Cake, Georgia Peach, German Chocolate, Irish Blondie, Magic Pumpkin, Ocean Breeze, Peaches ’n Cream, Pumpkin Roll, Raspberry Truffle, Salted Pumpkin, Shortbread, Smooth 7, Snickerdoodle, Sunrise, Sweet & Salty, Tiger’s Blood and Tuxedo.

Sugar-free costs nothing extra. Several published guides imply otherwise. They are wrong — the swap is free at every stand.

Two things worth knowing. Sugar-free syrups are thinner, so the drink feels lighter in the cup as well as tasting less sweet.

And if only one syrup in your drink lacks a sugar-free version, you can still order the rest that way. Ask which one is the holdout.

Seasonal drinks & half-and-half builds

Pumpkin is the only genuinely seasonal syrup 7 Brew carries. It drives three drinks: Magic Pumpkin, Pumpkin Roll and Salted Pumpkin.

It usually appears in late August or early September and runs until stock is gone, with no announced end date. Order early in the window.

Everything else people call seasonal is a seasonal name on a year-round build. Boo Raspberry, Holiday Punch, Cupid’s Special and Candy Cane are available every month.

The half-and-half mechanic

Three drinks are not syrup combinations at all. They are two finished drinks poured into one cup, and no other guide documents this.

DrinkBuildNotes
Irish Blondie½ Blondie + ½ Irish CreamYear-round · fully sugar-free
Magic Pumpkin½ Smooth 7 + ½ PumpkinSeasonal · fully sugar-free
Pumpkin Roll½ Cinnamon Roll + PumpkinSeasonal · fully sugar-free

You order these by saying exactly that: “half Blondie, half Irish Cream.” One drink, one price.

The construction also generalises. Like two drinks and want to know what they taste like together? “Half X, half Y” is a legitimate order at any stand.

How to order

The most common mistake is walking up and saying the nickname. Describe the drink instead — every entry above has the sentence written out.

StepSay thisWhy
1. Base and size“A medium iced breve…”Sets the cup first. Breve is half-and-half; ask for a latte if you want milk.
2. The syrups“…with cane sugar, toasted marshmallow and salted caramel”Two to three are included free at most stands.
3. Changes“Sugar-free, oat milk, light ice”Sugar-free is free. Milk substitutions may not be.
4. ConfirmRepeat the syrups onceLime and lemon get confused constantly over a speaker.

If a syrup is out

Substitute within the same family. Blackberry stands in for pomegranate, raspberry for strawberry, hazelnut for almond.

Ask the Brewista what they have. They will usually have an opinion worth taking.

Modifications that actually help

Light ice gives you more drink for the same money and concentrates the flavor. Worth doing on any fruit build.

Half sweet reduces the syrup pumps rather than swapping to sugar-free. This is the right move if you like the flavor but not the intensity.

Cold foam works on anything with caramel or white chocolate in it. An extra shot is a paid add-on on top of the base price.

What a secret menu drink costs

Secret menu drinks do not have their own prices. This is the single most misreported fact about the topic.

A secret menu drink is a base plus syrups, and it rings up at that base’s normal price. It only costs more if the recipe uses more syrups than your stand gives away free.

Most stands include two to three flavors at no charge, and extra syrups run about fifty cents. Since nearly every recipe here uses two or three, most cost exactly what a plain drink costs.

Why there is no price table on this page

7 Brew stands are franchised and priced locally. There is no national figure to publish, and the guides that publish one do not agree with each other.

SourceSmall 7 EnergySmall coffee
Guide A$4.50$4.50
Guide B$4.49
Guide C$6.83$3.50

Guide E$6–10 flat$6–10 flat
Spread52%77%

A small energy drink is either $4.50 or $6.83 depending on which page you land on. Both cannot be right.

The honest answer is the formula: whatever your stand charges for the base, plus about fifty cents for any syrup past the free allowance. Check your local board once and you can price everything here.

Recipes other guides get wrong

The tell is always the syrup names. Published guides borrow ingredients from Starbucks and Dutch Bros lists and drop them into 7 Brew articles.

Then the next site copies it, and after enough repetitions it looks like consensus. Here is what that produces.

There is a second tell: the nutrition tables. One large guide lists calories for 28 coffee drinks and 20 of them read “250–950.” One reads “950–250,” reversed.

Check any guide in ten seconds. Scan its recipes for a syrup that is not on the list of 36 below. Find one, and you should not trust anything else on the page.

The 36 real flavors

Every drink on this page is built from these and nothing else. Most stands carry the full set year-round, with pumpkin appearing seasonally.

A few behave differently than the name suggests. Lemon Concentrate is a sour agent, not a sweet syrup. Cane Sugar is a sweetener, so it reads as body rather than flavor.

Cupcake is what other chains call cake or batter flavor. Chocolate Mac is chocolate macadamia, and it appears in exactly one named build.

Two syrups sit outside every family. Peppermint only works next to chocolate or vanilla. Lavender is the most divisive on the board — excellent in small amounts, soapy in large ones.

Across all 90 drinks, roughly two-thirds are two-syrup builds and one-third are three. Almost none use four, which is what happens when a recipe has to survive being said out loud at a drive-thru.

Frequently asked questions

Is the 7 Brew secret menu real?

Yes, though unofficial. These are combinations built from syrups every stand already carries, named by customers and Brewistas. Nothing appears on the printed board, which is why you order by recipe.

Do Brewistas know these names?

Some, sometimes. Blondie and Brunette are known everywhere. Beyond those it varies by stand and shift. Naming the base and listing the syrups works every time.

Do secret menu drinks cost more?

Usually not. It is a standard base with syrups in it, priced like any drink of that size. Most stands include two to three syrups free, and nearly every recipe here uses two or three.

How many are sugar-free?

Twenty-six of the 90 are fully sugar-free, meaning every syrup in the recipe has a sugar-free version. Many others can be made partially sugar-free. The swap costs nothing.

Which drinks are caffeine-free?

Anything on a 7 Fizz base — Golden Pear, Mojito, Cherry Limeade, Heatwave, Stargazer, Tropic Thunder and Tiki Tango. Most fruit builds designed for energy also work on fizz.

What is a breve?

A latte made with half-and-half instead of milk. 7 Brew builds most of its signature drinks on breve, which is why the coffee drinks here taste richer than the same syrups in a standard latte.

What are the seasonal drinks?

Magic Pumpkin, Pumpkin Roll and Salted Pumpkin, all built on pumpkin syrup. It usually appears in late August or early September and runs until stock is gone.

What is a half-and-half build?

Two finished drinks combined in one cup rather than loose syrups added to a base. Irish Blondie, Magic Pumpkin and Pumpkin Roll work this way. You order it as “half X, half Y” and pay for one drink.

Does every stand carry every syrup?

No. Availability varies and seasonal syrups disappear outside their window. Substitute within the same family — blackberry for pomegranate, raspberry for strawberry, hazelnut for almond.

Can I order these hot?

The coffee and dessert builds, yes. Fruit builds designed for energy or fizz do not translate. Hot cups are smaller: 12, 16 and 20 ounces rather than 16, 24 and 32.

Why does every website list different prices?

Stands are franchised and priced locally, so there is no national figure. Sites that print one are quoting a single region or copying each other. The spread between top-ranking guides currently exceeds 50% on the same item.

Can I invent my own combination?

That is the whole point. Every drink here was invented by someone doing exactly that. Pick two or three syrups from the 36 and order them on any base. “Half X, half Y” also works.

Recipes verified against the 7 Brew flavor combination chart. Availability and pricing vary by stand.
